Stimulation workouts have low-to-moderate volume and low-to-moderate intensity. These workouts are designed to prepare the body for development while maintaining fitness and correspond to an (Rate of Perceived Exertion) RPE of 6-7. This is not to say these days are easy, but they are not at the intensity or volume of Development days.
